CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellations made before July 7th – full refund will be made

Cancellations made before August 4th – 50% refund will be made of registration fee

Cancellations made after August 4th – no refund will be made

 

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization.

All the cancellation and modification must be sent to GC Congressi by email. A confirmation from the secretariat will be sent. 

PAYMENT

Payment must be done by credit card.

GC congressi confirms all costs in accordance with Italian tax legislation. We will send the invoice after receiving the payment

Full payment shall be received before the conference start. 

Any refunds will be made after the conference.
